TLC in store, plus a new brand, for aging Denny Triangle hotel

The hotel is just south of Denny Way and west of the freeway, near the southbound ramp to I-5.

In the Denny Triangle, the 25-year-old hotel at 1800 Yale Ave. isn't going away, but the familiar SpringHill Suites moniker will no longer have top billing.
