A bit more about BAM, KidsQuest and Mercer Slough housing

As the DJC reported last month, SRM Development is still planning a 146-unit affordable housing project in Bellevue, near Mercer Slough, dubbed Altaire at East Main. That could break ground early next year, with funding sources to include the Amazon Housing Equity Fund. It has a budget of $96 million or so.
