CBRE represents the retail at Harvest, the large, wine-themed and mixed-use development overlooking the Sammamish River in Woodinville. There, the Somm hotel is open, the Alexan Woodinville apartments are soon to debut, townhouses are being sold, and the Yard's retail roster is steadily growing.
