It's a sustainability summit!

NAIOP Washington will conduct a sustainability summit of sorts come March 26. Says the host, “Covering multifamily and commercial market sectors, our panel of experts will explore the metrics of sustainability measures and strategies to determine if the benefits outweigh the costs.” The panel includes Rachael Meyer from Weber Thompson; Steffenie Evans of MainStreet Property Group; David Greenwood from Broderick Group; and Hudson Pacific Properties' Tony Toppenberg. The Thursday afternoon event takes place at Lease Crutcher Lewis headquarters (2200 Western Ave.), aka the Union Stables building near Pike Place Market, beginning at 4 p.m. Details and registration: naiopwa.org
