Capitol Hill corner changes hands

SEATTLE — A parking lot at 1703 14th Ave. sold this week for a little over $2.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Northwest Property Holdings LLC, which is associated with Windermere Real Estate. It acquired a larger property, once home to a church, in 2024. That was a $4.1 million deal. It then sold the west church building to a prospective developer. That's the former Advent Christian Church, still standing. No plan has been filed there.
