After land sales near station, 266 Shoreline units take shape

About four years back, MSR Communities and architect Axis GFA began planning a 266-unit apartment project near the future Shoreline South/148th Station. That opened in 2024, not long after the DJC reported the plan at 15124 Fifth Ave N.E. The six- to seven-story proposal now goes by Shoreline 145th.
