54 Central Area units planned

SEATTLE — Gardner Global owns two facing development sites on 23rd Avenue, just north of Union Street. Both were once owned by Mount Calvary Christian Center.

Plans for the east site, with eight stories and 112 units, are a little more advanced. That's dubbed the Sarah Queen, designed by Public47 Architects. The old church was razed last year.
