Kite pays over $11M for landmarked Capitol Hill apartments

Developed on the steep corner of Roy Street in 1924, the handsome three-story Roy Vue has 34 units.

The Roy Vue apartments, at 615 Bellevue Ave. E., sold last week for $11.5 million, according to King County records.
