Kent industrial sells for over $16M

KENT — A warehouse at 7043 S. 190th St. sold last week for $16.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CLPF Kent Industrial LLC, associated with Clarion Partners, which acquired the property in 2018 for about $11.9 million.
