Bothell offices trade for $10M

BOTHELL — An office building at 19803 N. Creek Pkwy. sold this week for $10 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Tech Center MM Holding LLC, an investor group associated with Rosen Harbottle. Under a different name, it acquired the building as part of a larger 2013 deal worth about $25.8 million. It's in a group of four separately owned buildings dubbed Parklands North Creek. When developed, they were apparently the North Creek Tech Center.
