At Yesler Terrace, 196-room hotel could be yours to build

The project is now flagged as a Residence Inn by Marriott.

Almost immediately east of the freeway at Yesler Terrace, at 718 Yesler Way, a stubbornly bare patch of grass and dirt has been fenced for several years now. New buildings have meanwhile sprouted around it, while Prospera Hotels sat on its master use permit and waited.
