The small apartment building shouldn’t take too long to complete.

The small corner site, at 849 N.W. Market St., sold to local married investors in the summer of 2024. (The master use permit was issued two years prior.) An old house was recently removed. And late last month the groundwork began under Ruffhouse Construction.
