SEPA hurdle cleared for 27-story Bellevue apartment tower

A possible late 20026 start date is mentioned for Tower 305, aka 305 Tower.

Developed 47 years ago in downtown Bellevue, the small office building at 305 108th Ave. N.E. is surely bound for demolition. When? There's not yet been a demo permit application from Capstone Partners, which is planning to replace it with a 27-story apartment tower.
