Another sale for Arena Sports site

MILL CREEK — Based the Bay Area, the Bay Club chain of indoor sports/entertainment properties announced last year that it would acquire our local Arena Sports operations. The Issaquah gym sold earlier this month. Now the Mill Creek location, at 13500 Bothell Everett Highway, has sold for about $17.6 million.

Snohomish County recorded the deal last week.
