Aging Tukwila office duo bound for demo, redevelopment

Two old office buildings from 1981 will both be removed.

Four years ago, Clarion Partners paid a bit over $18 million for the two-building Riverpoint Corporate Center in Tukwila. That’s just south of a bend in the Green River, not far from Westfield Southcenter. Two two-story buildings, north and south, date to 1981; they span about 100,000 square feet.
