109 rental units planned on former Hungry Buzzard perch

No start date has been announced.

That bird has flown. Hungry Buzzard once used a property well north of Bothell for storing its rental dumpsters. The yard space, now mostly empty, sold early last year to MSR Communities for $4 million. Plans were then well underway for a seven-story, 109-unit apartment project, dubbed Mountain View.
