Industrial six-pack in Tukwila trades to local owner for over $76M

The complex is on the south side of the Duwamish River, just east of Tukwila International Boulevard.

A Tukwila industrial complex, at and around 3215 S. 116th St., sold this week for $76.5 million, according to King County records.
