LeFrak reorganizes its stake in Radius

SEATTLE — Back in 2017, Kennedy Wilson and LeFrak paid $141 million for the Radius in South Lake Union. Each got a 50% interest.

That midrise apartment project, at 400 Boren Ave. N., has 282 units and retail. It sold about two years after Greystar developed the half-block project.
