For $15M, church sells some parking

REDMOND — For the past few years, Overlake Christian Church has been offering its west parking lots for sale, with Kidder Mathews as the broker.

Last week came the nearly $15.5 million land sale to G3 Partners at Willows LLC. Boundary lines at 9900 Willows Road N.E. will be redrawn, with the church keeping its buildings and substantial parking to the east, close to the Sammamish River.
