At Kitsap Mall, empty Macy's could be yours

The 41-year-old building offers 120,088 square feet, and sits on over 10 acres.

At the very end of 2024, Rhino Investments Group of Nevada bought Kitsap Mall for about $30 million. It spans some 62 acres, with maybe one or two inset holdings. (Kohl's, for instance, owns its building.)
