HASCO increases Lynnwood plan to 124 affordable units

The four-building development is set for the Cedar Valley area, near Scriber Lake Park.

When the DJC last checked in with a Lynnwood affordable housing project, 12 months ago, the Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) was then planning a four-building, 86-unit project at 5714 200th St. S.W.
