79 First Hill units sell for $11M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The John Winthrop Apartments, at 1020 Seneca St., sold in late March for just under $11 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Seneca Apartments LLC, associated with Sentinel Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2018 for about $18.2 million.
