Nonprofit buys Federal Way offices

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — An office building at 33400 Eighth Ave. S. sold last week for $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Bonham Investments, which acquired the property in 1991 for $4.1 million.
