In first trade, Corner 63 sells for over $59M

The 139-unit building is a bit south of the Roosevelt light-rail station.

The Corner 63 apartments, near Roosevelt Station, opened just over two years ago. At 6300 Ninth Ave. N.E., that 139-unit project was completed by High Street Residential, Chinn Construction and B+H Architects.
