Panattoni pays $9M for North Bend dirt, with industrial trio to follow

The future trio of buildings will be known as the Mt. Si Industrial Center.

A large industrial development site at 1307 N.W. Eighth St. sold this week for $9 million, according to King County records. (That's a little west of North Bend, at a new address.) The seller of some 75 acres was a local family that had owned the land for decades.
