Lakewood medical building sells for $12M

LAKEWOOD, Pierce County — A medical rehab facility at 5601 S. Orchard St. sold this month for not quite $11.9 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was 5601 South Orchard Street WA Owner LLC, which had owned the property for decades.
