Bellevue offices face demolition, with townhouses to follow

Crossroads Office Park awaits the wrecking ball.

Shortly before the pandemic, an old Class B office complex at 15831 N.E. Eighth St. traded for over $9 million. A half dozen small tenants still appear to be on short-term leases in what the broker, Kidder Mathews, calls Crossroads Office Park. The two 47-year-old buildings are directly south of Crossroads itself, near Hillaire Park in Bellevue.
