Next up for the old Aurora Square: the Block D apartments, with two midrise buildings.

Shoreline Place is the modern moniker for what some locals still call Aurora Square — still home to Town & Country Market, which isn't going away! Rather, Merlone Geier Partners has a long-term plan for phased redevelopment, approved by the city, for its 27-odd acres, just west of Aurora.
