Kent industrial sells for $23M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — An industrial building at 23200 64th Ave. S. sold last week for nearly $23.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Paper Warehouse II LLC, which under a different name acquired the building when new in 1995, then paying about $5.5 million. WCP Solutions is the current name for the old West Coast Paper.
