Shopping center sells for over $15M

RENTON — A Safeway-anchored shopping center at 440 Union Ave. N.E. sold last week for over $15.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was local investor Highland Shopping Center LLC, which acquired the property in 2016 for $16.9 million.
