Urgent-care planned for empty Walgreens

SEATTLE — Just south of the city line, at 14352 Lake City Way N.E., a Walgreens closed in recent years. First Western Properties has since been seeking to fill the space. The nearly 30-year-old building has about 13,905 square feet. It last traded to a local investor a year after completion.

This week came a plan for a new urgent-care clinic and ER facility. It was filed by Boldt, of Milwaukee, which is an architect, developer and builder in the healthcare sector.
