Movers & Markets: New shop at Lakefront Blocks

Vulcan Real Estate developed and later sold the first two office components of its three Lakefront Blocks in South Lake Union, with apartments over the Google-leased offices. They also have a half dozen-odd retail bays, with Real Retail as the broker. On the east block, there's been a vacant bay at 1105 Valley St. for some time now. That's been claimed by MedAesthetic Partners, which recently opened a Pur Skin Clinic in that 2,225-square-foot space. A formal opening ceremony will be held on April 23. AMP's Denice Pierson said in a statement, “Opening in South Lake Union allows us to bring that experience to a new community, while continuing to elevate the level of care we provide.” Curate Studios of Texas was the architect, with Big Sky Northwest the builder. The east and central offices, plus the retail, are owned by Deka Immobilien. Vulcan owns the Helm and Mera apartments above. It also still owns the vacant west block, with no recent movement on the office building once planned there.
