In first big lease at Four106 in Bellevue, Uber takes one-third of the office tower

The rideshare company looks to be taking the top seven floors.

In downtown Bellevue, the Four106 office tower opened last summer, with some 480,000 square feet being brokered by Broderick Group. Last week came the announcement from developers Patrinely Group and Dune Real Estate Partners that Uber has signed for around 170,000 square feet. That's about one-third of the space, and by far the biggest office lease of the new year.
