Following Overlake Christian land sale, Hub at Willows takes shape

The project looks to be a build-to-suit, with no builder or architect attached.

Kidder Mathews helped Overlake Christian Church sell its west parking lots in March, for nearly $15.5 million. The Redmond property at 9900 Willows Road N.E. was listed about two years ago. New owner G3 Partners of Kirkland later pitched an industrial building with indoor sports possibly to be among its uses.
