Old motel now yields 27 Kenmore units

The building looks to be all or mostly occupied.

The Kenmore Inn, at 8202 N.E. Bothell Way, sold four years ago to an LLC associated with local firm Garnett Investments. Plans then emerged to convert the four-story, 27-room building to apartments, as the DJC reported.
