Ferrari dealer buys adjacent property

BELLEVUE — A commercial property at 13040 N.E. Bel-Red Road sold last week for not quite $7.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was 13040 LLC, associated with the Robertson family, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was 13040 Bellevue LLC, which is associated with the neighbor to the east: Ferrari of Seattle. Brokers were not announced. Public records indicate a loan from Banner Bank.
