Wallingford gym finds new hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 3625 Interlake Ave. N. sold last week for almost $3.8 million. The seller was Zezlake LLC, associated with developer Evolution Projects, which acquired the property about six yeas ago for $2.1 million.

It was later renovated to become the Upper Walls bouldering gym.
