CopperLeaf ribbon cutting today

SEATTLE — Bridge Housing and Community Roots Housing are scheduled to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. today to celebrate the grand opening of the 235-unit transit-oriented affordable housing community Copperleaf Northgate.

Bridge Housing and Community Roots Housing jointly developed and own the seven-story project at 201 N.E. 103rd St. The team included Ankrom Moisan as architect and Walsh Construction. Work began in late 2023.
