At Emerald Gateway, yet another building nears completion

Building 3, also designed by HPA, will closely resemble its prior buildings (one pictured here).

At the growing Emerald Gateway industrial complex, from Prologis, work began on the 144,352-square-foot Building 3 last fall. That's in the center of the 62-acre development.
