Instead of 53 Capitol Hill units, development site flips to 25 parking stalls

The site at 1517 Bellevue Ave. today ...

There was an effort, four years back, to sell a 53-unit apartment project planned at 1517 Bellevue Ave. on Capitol Hill. That's a midblock site in the heart of the Pike-Pine corridor, but Windermere Real Estate evidently found no takers. (The old asking price was $5.5 million.)
