Renton buys site to build resource center

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — In a previously unreported sale, Corliss Management Group says it sold about 5.9 acres to the city of Renton for $9.5 million.

King County recorded the trade in early April. The property is at 2940 E. Valley Road, immediately west of Highway 167 and north of Ikea.
