Bare Highlands site finds buyer

RENTON — A vacant future development site at 935 Harrington Ave. N.E. sold last week for almost $1.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a local family that had owned the 30,930-square-foot property for decades. It's in the Highlands area, near the library and Sunset Boulevard.
