Amazon pays Ashley $220M for huge Frederickson distribution center

Looking east a few years ago, this photo doesn’t yet show the east Phase II component of the building.

A very large and fairly new Frederickson-area distribution center, at 20623 34th Ave. E., sold last week for about $220 million, according to Pierce County records. The deal also included some 20 acres of bare land.
