Another dog lounge on Leary?

SEATTLE — Ballard is well supplied with vacant old industrial buildings. One, at 5111 Leary Ave. N.W., was the longtime home to the diesel engine services company Hatch & Kirk. George Rockwell at Andover is the broker.

Now there looks to be a new tenant: All Dogs Unleashed, which filed a plan last week. Working with Magellan Architects, it has its eye on about 4,550 square feet — roughly half the building. Just south of the Carter car dealerships, it's been empty for a while.
