Glendale Country Club sells corner site

BELLEVUE — As planned, a bare townhouse development site at 13575 N.E. Eighth St. sold this week for a little over $4.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Glendale Country Club, which had owned the property for decades. Its brokers were Ross Klinger and Todd Gauthier at Kidder Mathews.
