Kirkland site could see 33 townhouses

KIRKLAND — In the Norkirk area of Kirkland, it's a little hard to locate 672 Seventh Ave. That's just north of 85th (which becomes Central Way) and west of the freeway, near a Public Storage facility.

Now used for car detailing, and RV and boat parking, the 36,263-square-foot property last traded in 2001. Google Street View shows a brokers sign outside in 2024, from PSRA.
