Intracorp starts on Cap Hill corner

SEATTLE — The $2.5 million land sale at 1312 E. Olive St. came in mid-March. Intracorp then acquired a former church parking lot on the corner of 14th, intending to build a nine-unit townhouse project.

That work is now underway, the DJC recently discovered on a random pass-by. The asphalt has been torn up, and the 9,614-square-foot site is now mostly clean dirt.
