U District towers may have 467 units

SEATTLE — As the DJC first reported in January, Onelin Capital is proposing two 20-story apartment towers at 4140 Roosevelt Way N.E., to replace the old University Inn. (That's still operating under the Stay Pineapple banner, with no demolition plans yet filed.)

Onelin paid nearly $27 million for the hotel last year.
