Original Anthony's — plus marina, offices — sells for $46M

Kirkland's Homeport Marina complex, at 135 Lake St. S., sold this week for $46 million, according to King County records. The seller was PMF 135 Asset LLC, associated with local shop PMF Investments, which acquired the property in 2015 for nearly $28 million. Brokers were not announced for what may have been an off-market trade.
