South Park site to host tiny houses

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle has executed a lease on a property in South Park which will become the site of a 90-unit tiny house village with wraparound services. Mayor Katie B. Wilson announced the news yesterday.

The lease delivers on the mayor's goal of speeding up the development of new shelter and emergency housing for the homeless.
